My beef bone broth and tallow this cycle. : soup
First I let it all cool overnight so the broth and tallow separates. Then, I use a slotted spoon to scoop out the tallow while trying to get as little broth as possible. I still end up with a little broth in the bag of tallow, but I freeze it so it doesn’t matter much too me, “going-bad-wise”.
