My first time making stock. There is a chicken carcass somewhere hiding in there.

I threw in some frozen lemon wedges, pork bones and a chicken carcass. Also added cabbage, Italian parsley (grown by me!) a tomato that was over ripe, red and green onion that were leftover in the fridge and a big scoop of minced garlic. I added some black pepper to start out but I’m not adding any more seasoning until it reduces down so I can tell what it needs. Don’t wanna over do it.
