It turned out rather delicious, the soup base is just the right ginger heat plus I added sliced mushrooms and noodles to the soup base. My only change would be to add a little salt to the wonton meat mixture as it’s a little underseasoned. My wonton folding skill need to improve but it didn’t take away from the flavour. I also used up all the wontons (36) so I’ve frozen some for my next attempt.
